1. Delivery Method
All deliveries are handled via Uber for fast, reliable, and professional service. Your flowers are picked up directly from our store and delivered straight to the recipient — just like a rideshare for your bouquet!
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver throughout Adelaide, South Australia, including nearby suburbs within Uber’s delivery range.
To confirm if we deliver to your area, simply enter your delivery address during checkout.
3. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on distance from our shop at:

The final delivery fee is based on real-time Uber rates and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery from Monday to Sunday.
Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next business day.
5. Delivery Hours
Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Public Holidays: Closed (except special events like Valentine’s Day)
We cannot guarantee specific time slots, but Uber ensures real-time dispatch for fast, reliable deliveries.
6. Special Instructions
You can leave delivery instructions during checkout (e.g. “Call upon arrival” or “Leave at front door”).
Uber drivers will follow these instructions when possible, depending on safety and accessibility.
7. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it:
The Uber driver may leave the flowers in a safe place.
If not possible, the item may be returned to the store and a re-delivery fee will apply.
8. Holiday Notice
During peak holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), delivery availability may be limited.
We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery date.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us on the same day of delivery, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
📸 Photos of the damaged flowers are required to process your request.
3. Exchanges
If your bouquet arrives in poor condition:
You may exchange it for another product of equal value.
Exchanges must be requested within the same day of receiving the order.
No additional delivery fee will be charged for the replacement.
4. Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not accept exchanges if:
The flowers were not stored properly by the recipient (e.g. left in the sun or without water).
The request is made after the day of delivery.
The customer simply changes their mind after the delivery.
5. How to Request an Exchange
To request a product exchange:
Contact us via phone or email on the same day.
Provide your order number and a photo of the item.
Let us know your preferred replacement item (must be equal in value).
